Top 5 highlights of the year

Hello everyone 🙂

Welcome to or back to my blog. I know I haven’t blogged in a very long time. School got so busy and I’m not going to lie, I was kind of unmotivated to write for a while. I feel like when I had so much to do and it’s never that I didn’t want to write, but I would just be so tired at the end of the day. I started so many posts but just didn’t finish them. However, I am finally on holidays and have time to blog again which I am so excited about.

Isn’t it crazy that 2018 is almost over? 2018, wow 2018. How was your 2018? I can honestly say, I think 2018 was one of my best years ever. A lot happened for me in 2018 and I have come up with a list of top 5 highlights of the year to reflect on. I hope you enjoy. Remember to follow me on all my socials

TOP 5 HIGHLIGHTS (in no particular order)

Five: Celebrated 3 years with Andrew

Yes yes, Andrew and I celebrated our 3 year anniversary. This year we decided to do nothing big and just do small gifts and homemade cards. However, it was very special to me (How cheesy).

Four: Adopted Luna

Of course, I had to add Luna to this list. Luna has changed both Andrew and my life for the better. Luna has made this little family of ours more complete and we are forever grateful for her. I wrote a blog post all about Luna if you want to hear more about her.

Three: Made deans list

This is quite an accomplishment for me. I have always been kind of an average student. I always liked school but didn’t really apply myself. It wasn’t really till college I was really applying myself because I was actually enjoying what I was studying.  I really wanted to prove to myself and work really hard this year and I am very proud of myself.

Two: Moved out

Moving out into my first apartment was a huge step for me. I have now been moved out for about 9 months which is actually crazy. I have learned a lot about myself (like that I really do not like doing dishes) but I feel like I have taken that next step of growing up.

One: Bahamas

Lastly, the Bahamas. This was a trip of a lifetime. I don’t want to get to into so much detail since I wrote a whole blog post on the Bahamas already (check it out if you want to hear more about the trip.)

I hope you all had a great 2018. Let’s make 2019 an amazing year as well. Only good energy and good people.
